Dr. Kim is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from The Ohio State University. She attained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University School of Pharmacy. Her professional interests include oncology and neurology. Her professional goals upon successful completion of her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency include continued training in pharmacy practice. Dr. Kim’s long-term goals are to practice as a board-certified clinical specialist and serve as a faculty member at a college of pharmacy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, crocheting, and traveling. Dr. Kim would like to thank her family, friends, and mentors for their continued love and support.

Dr. Phan is originally from Vietnam and moved to Connecticut eight years ago. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Central Connecticut State University, followed by her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Connecticut. Her professional interests include cardiology, neurology, and investigational drug services. Upon completion of her PGY-1 pharmacy residency, Dr. Phan plans to pursue specialty residency training. Her long-term career goal is to practice as a board-certified specialist at an academic medical center, where she will have the opportunity to participate in research and precept pharmacy students and residents. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, having long city walks, making handicrafts, and exploring new coffee shops. Dr. Phan would like to sincerely thank her family, friends, and mentors for their continued guidance, encouragement, and support.

Dr. Sajjad is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences and Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. His professional interests include internal medicine and critical care. Upon completion of his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency, Dr. Sajjad plans to pursue specialty residency training. His goal is to practice as a board-certified clinical specialist and precept and mentor students. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends, including his cat named Daisy.
